We start with great photos of your property. Displaying your home in the best light online is the best way to get buyers offline and IN your home.
We then put those photos together into a virtual tour and single property website. We also use them to market on all the various websites such as realtor.com (Showcase Listings), Trulia.com, Zillow and others.
We also use those photos to put together a full color property flyer. I also measure your home and put together a floor plan of your home to display on the flyer. Brochures are printed by a professional printer so they last and are less likely to be thrown away by prospective buyers.

Outside your home is a Wood post "For Sale" sign complete with Brochure Box. Also a sign rider directing buyers to your home's website.
Other marketing techniques include open houses, print ads, promotion in sales meetings, as well as different social media venues.
Throughout the marketing period I will be looking for new a creative ways to market your home. Of course there is more to marketing a home than great exposure. I will help you price your home correctly by providing a thourough market analysis, give tips to stage your home to sell, help provide financing to buyers, provide continued feedback from both showings and marketing efforts, negotiate an offer to purchase, and take you through closing.
